For Round Shafts:
2 parts: White HDPE outside bushing with black HDPE plus graphite insert pressed into the outer unit.
Material and Temperature: Outer bushings are made from high-density polyethylene and graphite lubricant. Inserts are as follows:
PEG - High-density polyethylene, graphite lubricant - max temp 125°F
AT - Medium-duty acetal, Teflon - 175°
NT - Medium-duty nylon, Teflon - 275°
GFAT - Heavy-duty acetal, glass, Teflon - 220°
GFNT - Heavy-duty nylon, glass, Teflon - 320°
Applications:
PEG - Light duty, dirty, wet applications
AT - Wet applications
NT - Drier applications only
GFAT - High temperatures, heavy load, wet applications
GFNT - High temperatures, heavy load, dry applications
General Information: At installation rollers, maximum end play is 0.30 to prevent squealing. Units will be shipped assembled unless specified otherwise.
